After receiving this picture from 19-inch Vizio came out after being in five minutes. The television re-packaged and sent back to Amazon for a replacement. I give high marks for customer service from Amazon has done a great job of informing me what to do to get a replacement. A TV replacement arrived in two days. The picture is not so bad for a 19-inch HDTV, which I use in my home office. Can not beat the price and customer service Amazon offers. Rating: 3 / 5

I received the TV, installed, and after 1 week TV lost it’s sound. I heard a loud hum sound from the speakers, I first thought it was interference, so I changed the position of the TV in another room, but without success Humming was still there. I contacted Amazon and had a new television for my son before I could pack up the old man to return it, great customer service! Rating: 1 / 5

I bought this TV because the price was at the center of its competitors. As stated by other reviewers, the angle is very small. Worse still, the sound quality is like on a cheap phone. The Vizio really suffers in comparison to my other HDTV, a Sony. Rating: 1 / 5

Had the opportunity to buy from another supplier for the shipment to the same lower price, but that 5 to 9 days travel time. Chosen to pay shipping, hoping to receive before. It took more than a week, seller kommunikationfra poor 3 e-mail for a confirmation that was sent trackingnummer.Produkt Oget works well, as advertised, just frustrating that when it is sent.
