You better hope not to have problems with this TV Sharp as customer service is the worst! I called them twice to get answers to simple questions like “What size bolts used to mount the TV on a wall bracket?” their response: “Sorry we do not have this knowledge.” Asked to speak to a supervisor and was told: “You call, no supervisor here.” Rating: 1 / 5

I also purchased this product for use in an RV and while you are sitting less than 7 meters from the unit volume is not enough. Dealer advised me (after purchase) that this size TV should be used as a screen or home theater system. Sharp customer support was not positively say that this is the way they make their product. This TV was a Christmas gift from the family. It ’s perfect in a small room. The picture is clear. The sound is excellent. At first we had difficulty making a channel search. I called customer service on Saturday and got a service very quickly. She patiently talked me through a small step we were missing. With his help now receive about 10 digital channels.
