Unfortunately, this television has arrived DOA – not light the world. While I’m sure this was a freak accident that Samsung and realize these things happen, do not endear me to the fire. . . I sent it back and ordered a Sony instead (which worked a minute and it was fantastic). Amazon had a pleasant experience back, but it was still a hassle and time to pack and ship the dud. Rightly or not, Samsung has probably lost my business forever – we are all in a short time in life and it is easy to forget incidents like this. Rating: 1 / 5
I started with a Samsung phone several years ago and was with them. Like that. . I chose a Samsung for my new TV. So far is great. Rating: 5 / 5
This TV worked like a charm until about a week after his 90-day warranty. Then he started randomly shuts down (3-4 times per hour), the only way to turn your back on is to detach from the wall, wait 10 seconds and separate. May just be this set, but this review has a sour taste in the mouth. I would not buy a new Samsung TV. Rating: 1 / 5
