Above all, TV is fine, no problem. I had to cancel my order from Amazon after he sent to me by a company called Pilot Air Freight. This company was sitting on the TV for 10 days asking how to get to me so do not service my area. Eventually sent to another company freight services that my area only once a month. So here I sit waiting over a month for my order, not in today’s world, I canceled my order and bought the same TV at Wal Mart for less money. I called Amazon and will not refund my money until the TV back to them from Pilot Air Freight that I never received initially. What a joke to say the least, I think I’ll open a dispute with my credit card. As I told the TV that I bought from Wal Mart is great, and Amazon, pilot and care should be taken. Rating: 1 / 5
This was the original notification of the previous model of this TV (LN32A330), but I feel that life is still as other Samsung models are known to have the same emner.Dette LCD is a bargain for the type of image and sound quality has given. We rarely had problems with it until now. One day, when we got home we were happy to just vegging on the couch watching our program. Handle the remote control and pressed the power button. Direct TV console on, followed by the familiar red light at the bottom center of the TV. This is usually followed by a collar of beeps that indicate the power is turned on. There were no beeps. No ring. No sound. No picture. Just pure black with flashing red light power on us. We tried everything to revive the image, even unplugging the power cord and sockets with different wall. Nothing. I phoned Samsung the world and the service agent said it was a topic of service call, but since we bought the TV 30 June 2008, we are no longer covered under warranty as it is now August 2009. It amuses me how crap like this just after the warranty period runs out. I looked around online, and many owners of Samsung’s various models and sizes have experienced the same thing, a power supply defective and must be replaced. I also tried to see if I could do it myself if I buy some and save a little scratch. But it turns out that involves the use of a soldering iron and failed shop class, I thought I would call a professional. Repairs will cost up to $ 250, including service calls, parts and labor. Just when you think you’re always a bargain, just be aware that can cost in the long term. I got this set as a warranty replacement for LN32A330.Angiveligt is a newer model was a step in the wrong direction! The reason for my older people who needed to be replaced was a defective motherboard audio will cut in and out kanaler.Dette HD do the same! arrgghh.Ikke only, but it’s hard to get any HD channels now actually værre.Den tuner audio is so terrible in this set that I have a headache after five minutes of watching TV.
