The TV monitor is great, but the bulb life is terrible. Luckily I bought mine with a MasterCard, and was able to double the warranty on the TV and onions, which I purchased (at $ 300 a pop). While still can watch TV to be really expensive in a hurry when you blow two year. Finally, after seven onions, died a second componants, and I realized that for the price of a couple bulbs I could not get a big plasma and store all kinds of money. It was a very happy day when I dropped it set up in landfills. Do not buy the kit, you suck dry! Rating: 1 / 5
After several bulb replacements ditching this piece of garbage. When work is amazing, but there’s a catch. Panasonic should not sell such sloppiness. Rating: 1 / 5
Well, it seems that the rest of the comments here are true. I bought my PT-50LC13 six months ago, and yesterday the light bulb went wrong. I called Panasonic. The weighted approximately 30 minutes, but once I had someone who was very helpful. I walked through pulling the bulb (very easy) and sure enough – it was burned. He said he would send me a replacement bulb and it was “new and improved.” He said the light bulb that I put in the original 2003 model TV, and have since improved. We’ll see. The bulb is supposed to be here in 3-5 days. Much faster than previous posters angiver.Jeg wondered what use I have if the bulb blows out of warranty time, and she said that Panasonic will take care of me, because I have a “case number”, which documents the problem during the warranty period. We’ll see if it’s true. If not – this will be the last Panasonic I ever purchased (and I’ve been a dedicated customer for each TV that I bought in 12 years). The TV is a TV otherwise pleasant. I think it’s nicer than Sony, but Sony has no service problems. I read reviews of Sony, and if I had bought that same TV today – knowing what I know – I want to buy Sony and Panasonic avoid hovedpine.Men Panasonic service was not as bad as some other studies suggest. We had to replace the lamp a couple of times in four years. The lamps are very expensive: $ 250. We also had other problems that we had to do. When the image is illuminated slowly – about one minute. If it was turned off and on, wait three minutes for TV to start work, which is very annoying. Rating: 1 / 5
HDVT I only had just over a year – and I see that TV is not much. But – I see a line (red) running through my television – totally unacceptable for over $ 2,000 spent – when my previous LCD lasted five years (and I bought the floor model) and my old Zenith TV – old school – had a nice picture in 10 years. disappointed. HDTV my brother so well – I wish I had more first reviews – but had heard good news. . . Rating: 1 / 5
