I thought I’d write a review now, even though I bought the TV in Black Friday, 2008, a year and a half ago. I think it may be interesting for others to know how I feel about this LCD TV Sony KDL-46WL140 after a long brug.I a word. Excellent, 100% positive that I have time, this LCD TV for giving me many hours of enjoyable experience with a wide range of live sports programming even on cable HD (NBA, tennis, football, soccer mostly) Blu-ray (the last was the avatar that looks fantastic on this site) for video games. I have never encountered a situation where I could ignore Bravia for anything. My kids play (I do not know) on the Wii and Xbox 360, and appreciate very fast refresh rate and the absence of play, vibration or skygger.Min not only very positive comments go to the zoom feature when viewing non- HD Cable TV. Zoom preset is not always possible to adjust the image size as desired, when watching non-HD programming (programs that do not fall naturally in 16:9 screen). When watching HD programming, it is perfect without the need correction of the course. Please note that this problem is not unique to Bravia, I have not found a TV that gave me the kind of flexibility I wanted for regular (old fashioned NTSC TV), so you should not use this comment as an excuse not sæt.Desuden obtain this might seem a bit ‘lower, but again, most TV speakers have incorporated the same problem are simply too small for good bass. Besides the lack of deep bass, the speakers sound really good and natural. I do not agree with the comment of another reviewer, that the sound has to be cranked up. For the last six weeks, we have enjoyed with Sony Bravia KDL-46WL140 W series Full HD 1080p HDTVs decorate the wall of the living room, a place previously hidden by a huge wardrobe which contained a wooden support 37 “JVC CRT TV. The contrast in clarity and sharpness between the two TVs are amazing, and crystal clear pictures on Sony HD TV shows how technology has changed in just nine år.Før buy this model, I was searching a flat screen with plenty of HDMI inputs (not we need them now, but in three years, who knows?), One TV, which itself was not bad or overrated (did not want any hint of red or other when I was buying a car ) and a TV that would make me stop and look at the photo. A little ‘research have preceded my expedition to find the right TV (we were saving change for a long time), and this model was what kept coming back to the consumer club, where I bought it. The second television, all to get their feed from the same source in-store and all those hard-headed in the same light, all pale in comparison. (Plus, it was the ‘ last in the shop, which shows that I was not alone in my opinion.) We only had this a few days, but could not be more pleased with our purchase. We upgraded from a 32 “Westinghouse, and image enhancement is speechless. Watching Blu-ray has almost a 3D effect created, 1080p, 120Hz, and our PlayStation 3, which supports 24p mode.Har seen in light direct sunlight and darkened spaces without problems on the visibility of the screen. I have no other sound problems they said, but I use only audio Internet broadcasts of the TV (it’s normal audio passes through a Onkyo receiver). We have not connected the Internet included expecting much but was pleasantly surprised by several Internet “channels” available. Tested HD downloads from Amazon (trailer Ironman) and it looked great. We have to 15Mbps FiOS, so thoughput seems to have no channels problemer.Andre beyond download video Amazon (which can be connected to your Bravia line of easy purchase), CBS (most of their deployments TV available), YES, one of the channels of the trailer, and many others (about 20 in total on his initial research. I bought this TV at Sam’s Club on Black Friday and could not be happier. The price was the 00th 1348 The TV came with LAN hardware that have not yet joined, I bought it to watch TV not some goof on U-tube. The TV menu is simple to use and takes longer to start watching your favorite shows in high definition. The image is large with a very good sound. If you find one buy one. Rating: 5 / 5
This is a very good TV with many opportunities for expansion opportunities. Four HDMI ports are very useful and connects the component to add a breeze Wed. I attached a DVR dish, a DVD / VCR combo, DVD, Blu-Ray and an A / V receiver – and has been an absolute pleasure to find them all worked perfectly with Sony. The image 120Hz makes fast action scenes pleasure: no blurring. It proves to watch 1080p Blu-Ray. There are sometimes visible pixeling for certain scenes – although they are difficult to describe. The sound is disappointing that prevents me from giving this a higher rating, to hear clearly from the television speakers, the sound is turned up uncomfortably high levels. Using external speakers is the only way to go with this baby. The remote is easy to use and handles all the necessary measures. Installation is a breeze. This model is available in great discounts from many places. I got mine at Costco and did not feel cheated. Will, I believe, this model – with most of the latest technical improvements (unfortunately no 240Hz refresh) – a good value for money. My only regret is not getting the 52 inch model, is overpriced in my opinion. Rating: 4 / 5
